Hallo, ich habe folgende Nachricht erhalten, zu euerer Information: "Dear TVR enthusiasts, This mail is sent to you because you signed up for the Continental Meeting 2020. Towards the end of 2019 we thought it would be a good idea to organise a Continental Meeting once more. However, it was important to us to have sufficient participants. Organizing this event has an overall cost of around 24.000 euros, so we looked for some financial safety. That’s why we then asked everyone to register/sign up for the event before mid March and pay the first 100 euros. We all know what happened : COVID-19, so no event. We paid back the 100 euros and that was that. Last year we tried again, but soon it became clear that COVID would interfere once more. This year however, we have good hopes that we can safely organise the event, so here we are again! If you already signed up: great, see you in May! If not, please sign up at our website as soon as possible so we can carry on organizing this great event once more! See you at Zolder!" |

Moin zusammen. Wer von Euch hat sich den in Zoldern im Hotel Van der Valk eingebucht. Komm irgendwie mit der holländischen Übersetzung nicht so klar. Gibt's da für bekloppte TVR Fahrer Sondervereinbarungen, oder einfach so buchen ?  Gruß Manni. P.S. freu mich riesig auf den adventure Day in Zoldern

Ich habe über Booking.com gebucht, das war auf Deutsch Aber VanDerValk.de ist doch auch deutsch, auf welcher Seite warst Du ?Ich freue mich auch schon riesig, gestern ist die Rechnung für den Rest gekommen...direkt bezahlt

Heute früh kam das Programm für Zolder : 08:30 Welcome To The Zolder Circuit Coordination: Wim Wielaard Intro to Zolder participants report to the entrance and follow instructions. No access to circuit for late arrivals. Other participants will be welcomed directly after this 09:00 - 09:45 Intro to Zolder 1st Session Coordination Wim Wielaard Please follow the instructions and remember: You will get a Track-intro Instructor and please follow this car on the track. Again, if you do not arrive in time you cannot participate. Leave the track and pit at the end of session. Even if you have paid for the remainder part of the day, as we have to check your vouchers again. 09:45 - 10.00 Safety-briefing in the Paddock Coördination: Wim Wielaard This safety-briefing is mandatory for all participants that drive on the track. 10.00 – 12.00 Free Driving 1st Session Coordination : Wim Wielaard Please follow the instructions and remember: It’s not a race Take care of other cars on the track Do not park on the left hand side of the Pit lane. Always park your car to the right side, close to the Pit boxes. Do not overtake in any corner Passengers over 18 years, helmet (and if present fire extinguisher) compulsory If you do not obey the rules you risk being banned from participation! 12:00 – 13:00 Lunch – Quiet Please No driving allowed in the paddock. Running engines/driving cars is not allowed by Zolder during lunch. Lunch at the OTO-BAR, or in Hotel “De Pits” 13:00 - 14:20 Three Continental Speed Tests Variety of tests around the track. Start at each individual item possible. Driving Test Zolder Track Corner Coordination Matthijs Hardy Individual start. Driving test in the first corner after the straight end. Electronic Tag Heuer timing. Acceleration Test Zolder Straight Coordination Arnaud Witlox Accelerate in a straight line. Two cars start at the same time but timing is individual. Electronic Tag Heuer timing. Hill Climb Zolder Chicane Coordination Gerrit Mendelts Individual start. Accelerate to the top, through the chicane. Electronic Tag Heuer timing. 14:30 – 15:30 Free Driving 2nd session Coordination Wim Wielaard Please follow the instructions and remember: It’s not a race Take care of other cars on the track Do not park on the left hand side of the Pit lane. Always park your car to the right side, close to the Pit boxes. Please sign up on Thursday at the Hospitality desk or Friday morning in the paddock area in the open TVR Hospitality Pit Box. Le Mans start from straight end. Cars parked on opposite side. Co-driver remains in car. Helmet and safety belts must be worn. One lap race. First to leave starts time. Last to come in determines team finish. The best average time will win. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BE AT THE START ON TIME WITH 4 CARS AND PASSENGERS! 16.00 – 17:00 Free Driving 3rd Session Coordination Wim Wielaard Please follow the instructions and remember: It’s not a race Take care of other cars on the track Do not park on the left hand side of the Pit lane. Muß ich jetzt die 9.00 bis 9.45 Session mitmachen, um fahren zu können oder reicht das Drivers Meeting um 9.45 ? |
